He is a financial operations leader with 20+ years of experience specializing in strategic transformation, automation, and scalable solutions for global alternative investment management clients.

Abhishek leads cross-cutting technology transformation and innovation across the organization. His past work includes building core platform modules for Arcesium products and driving technology innovation to enhance both operational and application efficiency. He is currently leading the AI adoption initiative at Arcesium.

Isaac supports Arcesium's flagship clients in his capacity as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. Isaac’s focus is on delivering for clients and maximizing their positive experience on the Arcesium platform. He loves talking about sports, movies and food.

Jeb recently joined Arcesium in a business development capacity focused on Private Markets, leveraging his extensive experience to deepen engagement within this fast-growing segment of the alternatives landscape. 

In 2021, Jeb founded Clearglass Capital Partners, a private capital advisory firm supporting financial sponsors and institutional investors in capital formation and strategic initiatives. Previously, he served as COO of Sandon Capital in Sydney and Partner & COO of Blue Pool Capital, chairing the firm’s Valuation and Operating Committee where he also held fiduciary roles as Director of the Investment Manager and its Cayman funds. Earlier in his career, Jeb was with Citadel, later relocating to Hong Kong. 

Jeb holds an MBA from NYU Stern and has served on the Board of Hedge Funds Care, Asia (HFC), where he chaired the Grants Committee supporting child protection initiatives across the region

Himanshu is the product lead for the Treasury suite at Arcesium. He oversees solutions including margin replication, collateral management, securities lending, cash management, and counterparty risk. He defines product strategy, drives development from concept to launch, and ensures timely delivery of the solution.

Chris Barrow is Head of Business Development Europe, Middle East and Asia for Arcesium.

Ashley is Vice President of Treasury Financial Operations at Arcesium. In this role, Ashley serves as head of the team responsible for collateral management, margin, and financing services.

Rahul brings over 8 years of product management expertise to Arcesium, tackling complex technical and functional challenges. His passion lies in untangling complex data, regulatory, and functional issues within product areas like Platform Integration and Treasury.

Phil joined Arcesium in 2024 after 16 years at FactSet Research Systems where he focused on specialty sales of investment portfolio performance, market sensitivity and risk analytics for insurers and asset managers. At Arcesium, Phil partners with sales teams on acquiring new clients as well as retaining and expanding existing client relationships through technical demonstrations of Arcesium's trade lifecycle management and domain-aware data platform solutions.

Ram is a Senior Vice President of Product Management at Arcesium. He leads the India-based product management teams responsible for the Aquata platform, the Financial Data Stack, Treasury, and Reconciliation capabilities on the Opterra platform, and the overall Opterra platform experience. He is an engineer-turned product manager with close to two decades of experience in the investments industry.

James is responsible for managing relationships with third-party providers, establishing alliances and partnerships, developing commercial strategy, and supporting clients’ ability to integrate their third-party solutions with their Arcesium environment.

With over 16 years of experience at the intersection of finance and technology, Sourabh has held senior engineering and client-facing roles across some of the industry's most sophisticated platforms. At D. E. Shaw, he spent six years developing and managing middle- and back-office systems, rising to lead engineering teams responsible for operational scale and reliability. For the past decade at Arcesium, Sourabh has served as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect and previously as a Technical Relationship Manager, guiding clients through complex implementations and designing tailored solutions across the investment lifecycle.
